The sea is a space of rigor and liberty (Victor HUGO)
The sea belongs to nobody but the sea is the business of everybody.
The sea is part of the patrimony of humanity. Area without visa, it’s a place of trade and cultural exchanges, the theater of free thought that has inspired many artists.
The sea is also a space of rigor, without which the man is powerless before the inhospitality of the natural elements. This requires empathy between man and his environment.
The surgeon does not differ from the sailor. His free therapeutic choice is the fruit of knowledge, rigorous practice and empathy with the patient and his pathology.
